Sony has introduced what it dubs as the world's smallest and lightest with 20x optical zoom camera, Cyber-Shot WX300. Priced at Rs. 19,990 Sony Cyber-Shot WX300 packs in an 18- megapixel EXMOR R CMOS sensor with a Sony G Lens. The camera comes with Optical Steady Shot that helps in clicking blur-free stills. As per Sony, the image stabilization for this camera is twice as effective at high-zoom settings when compared to the previous- generation Cyber-shot HX20V with 20x zoom.

Another interesting feature that is available on this camera is the Beauty Effect that automatically re-touches the faces in the photos to remove skin blemishes, widen half-closed eyes and whiten teeth. The Sony Cyber-Shot WX300 will start retailing from mid- May.
